A copy certificate needs to be attached to each copied document. The notary will provide the certificate that will include all 9 elements that Florida requires for proper notarization. Price is per certificate. 

NOTE: In most cases the notary can act as a witness. If this applies to you, I do not charge an additional fee to act as a witness.

If your document does not allow the notary to act as a witness or additional witnesses are required and you are not able to provide your own we can provide the required witnesses. Price is per witness. 

If your notarization occurs between the above hours please add the additional fee.  

If your notarization occurs on any of the 11 federal holidays listed please add the addition fee: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day  

If you need a notarization within 30 minutes or less please add the additional fee. NOTE: This service may not alway be available depending on your location and the notaries availability. 

If the notary has to wait more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time to start the notarization please add an additional $1 per minute.
