Florida Notary and Professional Services, LLC is a mobile notary and professional service business. Providing services at a location chosen by our clients. Many documents requiring notarization are time sensitive. With our busy and hectic schedules it may be impossible to meet those important deadlines without having to leave work or disrupt our day. Don't worry we have you covered! Just tell us when and where to be and we will be there.   

I am not an attorney and therefore, by law, I cannot explain or interpret the contents of any document for you, instruct you on how to complete a document or direct you on the advisability of signing a particular document. By doing so I would be engaging in the unauthorized practice of law, and could face legal penalties that include the possibility of incarceration. Any important questions about your document should be addressed to the lender, title company or an attorney. 

Emily Keller is a retired Law Enforcement Officer from Central New York with 24 years of experience taking oaths and executing affidavits. Emily's true passion is Real Estate and helping people with all of their real estate needs, whether it's a buyer looking for their dream home, a seller that is embarking on the next phase in their life, or an investor that is building generational wealth through real estate. 

When Emily created Florida Notary and Professional Services, LLC in March 2021 she did so with her decades of researching statutes and upholding laws, and her passion for real estate in mind. Florida Notary and Professional Services, LLC was designed around real estate with the main focus on Notary Loan Signings. Being apart of the home buying process, while helping to prevent fraud was very important to Emily. 

After moving to Florida 11 years ago she realized how difficult it was to find a Notary when you needed one. Realizing how busy and hectic our lives are Emily knew the best service she could offer people was a mobile notary service.   

As a Florida Notary Emily is able to provide notarizations for people anywhere in Florida in person. Emily's primary service area is Palm Beach County.
